Post Pinwheels post

I wrote briefly about fancy-looking pin wheels awhile ago. Remember how cute they are?

I just want to remind you how easy and yummy they are. There are plenty of filling ideas in that link, but here is some more!

So how do we make it?

The easiest thing is to use puff pastry. They are usually vegan. Roll it out!

(I didn’t have much here, so I really rolled it thin to get the most out of it!)

Add a filling. Here I used kale, red onions, and some cheeze.

 

Roll it up, and then cut it into slices.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bake at the puff pastry instructions, perhaps a few minutes less. Keep an eye on it if you rolled it very thin like I did here.

Ta da! Perfect snack, appetizer, and finger food =)
