I wrote briefly about fancy-looking pin wheels awhile ago. Remember how cute they are?
So how do we make it?
(I didn’t have much here, so I really rolled it thin to get the most out of it!)
Add a filling. Here I used kale, red onions, and some cheeze.
Bake at the puff pastry instructions, perhaps a few minutes less. Keep an eye on it if you rolled it very thin like I did here.
